Accordingly, the city agreed to select 9 key projects and works to organize the groundbreaking ceremony and inauguration to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025). Of which, 3 points have been registered with the Ministry of Construction to organize together with the whole country, including: the inauguration ceremony of the May Chai Bridge Construction Project and the approach roads on both sides of the bridge invested by Vingroup - Hanoi Joint Stock Company (main Demand Point), organized in the area on May Chai Bridge; the groundbreaking ceremony of the T2 Passenger Terminal Project - Cat Bi International Airport invested by Vietnam Airports Corporation - JSC (ACV), organized in the Cat Bi International Airport area, Hai An Ward; the groundbreaking ceremony of the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong Railway Project Resettlement Area invested by the Hai Phong Agricultural and Transport Construction Investment Project Management Board in Kinh Duong Ward.
Along with that, 3 bridges proactively organized by the city at the same time as the above bridges include the groundbreaking ceremony for the National Highway 37 bypass project (section connecting Thong Nhat bridge/National Highway 37 with Ring Road I); Thai Binh River overpass and access road on Ring Road I; Martyrs Temple and Cultural Park, held in Tan Hung ward (west of the city).
Along with that is the groundbreaking ceremony for the project to build a traffic route connecting National Highway 17B with Dinh Bridge and the inauguration of the Dong Viet Bridge approach road project connecting National Highway 37, held in Nguyen Dai Nang Ward (west of the city).
The city also held the inauguration of phase II of the Hai Duong Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Project (Inpatient treatment and comprehensive services block), held in the grounds of Hai Duong Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Le Thanh Nghi ward.
The organization of the groundbreaking ceremony and inauguration of key projects and works must be solemn, economical, efficient, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. The selected works and projects must fully meet legal requirements and have practical political, economic and social significance for the locality and the region. The City People's Committee clearly assigns responsibilities to each relevant agency and unit, ensuring progress, quality and implementation efficiency, thereby creating an important mark, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, promoting the image and arousing pride in the city.
