According to the plan, Hai Phong city has 3 locations registered with the Ministry of Construction for national organization, including: Inauguration ceremony of the May Chai Bridge Construction Project and the approach roads on both sides of the bridge invested by Vingroup Corporation - Joint Stock Company (main location), organized in the area on May Chai Bridge; Starting ceremony of the T2 Passenger Terminal Project - Cat Bi International Airport invested by Vietnam Airports Corporation - JSC (ACV), organized in the Cat Bi International Airport area, Hai An Ward; Starting ceremony of the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong Railway Project Resettlement Area invested by the Hai Phong Agricultural and Transport Construction Investment Project Management Board in Kinh Duong Ward. These are projects and works of great significance in developing transport and urban infrastructure, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the city.
Through inspections at the event locations, Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Anh Quan requested the People's Committees of localities to closely coordinate with the City Police, the City Military Command and investors to ensure security, order, and traffic safety; at the same time, promote propaganda, decorate, sanitize the environment, hang flags and butterfly along the routes leading to the event area, creating an exciting atmosphere among the people.
The city police develop a plan to ensure political security, social order and safety; organize traffic flow, guidance, fire prevention and fighting; receive and manage the site after blasting and mines. The City Military Command arranged forces of engineers to clear bombs, mines, and explosives, ensuring absolute safety for the event.
The Department of Construction is responsible for guiding and inspecting investors to complete procedures and conditions according to regulations, ensuring the safety of the structure of the project and the tarpaulin house serving the event. The Department of Health arranges means, human resources, and medical equipment for emergency care, while ensuring food hygiene and safety. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinates to promote propaganda, prepare press releases, invite press agencies to attend and report. The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development coordinates with the Urban Environment Company to ensure environmental sanitation, arrange trees, and decorate the organizing area. Hai Phong Power Company ensures stable power supply, continuously serving the event.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee noted that units urgently complete the remaining tasks, ensuring quality, safety and progress. At the resettlement area of the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong Railway Project, the city leaders requested the urgent completion of the stage, canvas, LED screen and coordination with Duong Kinh ward to decorate the ceremony. At Passenger Terminal T2 - Cat Bi International Airport, the unit installed LED screens, ensuring communication at the connecting points. The organizer at the May Chai bridge construction site added decorations to the event area.
