In September 2025, I was one of the union members in difficult circumstances who was supported by the Vietnam Union of Agriculture and Environment with 60 million VND to build the Trade Union Warm House. My family's long-held dream has come true. Previously, my old house was degraded, every rainy and stormy season or harsh sunshine in the Central Highlands made my whole family worried, but due to difficult economic circumstances, I could not save enough to build a new house.
Thanks to the concern of trade union levels, my family has a spacious and solid house, reassured by the harsh weather in the Central Highlands region. Today living in a new house, my family and I are really touched and grateful for the concern of leaders at all levels and the Trade Union organization.
I promise to continue to work hard and complete my tasks well to be worthy of the care and sharing that the Trade Union organization has given me.
Relatives of Mr. Su En (trade union member of Vina Bac Ninh Industrial Co., Ltd.):

On March 27, 2026, Mr. Su En showed abnormal health conditions while working and was taken to the emergency room, but did not survive. After that, functional agencies concluded that the cause of death was acute myocardial infarction and determined that this was a labor accident according to the provisions of law.
His passing is too great a loss for my family. In the most painful and confused moment, we received the concern and sharing of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation when visiting and supporting the family with 5 million VND from trade union funds.
The Trade Union promptly accompanies, encourages and directs grassroots trade unions to coordinate with businesses to complete dossiers so that families can fully enjoy regimes and policies according to regulations.
That concern is not only materially meaningful but also a great source of encouragement, helping my family feel shared in the most difficult time.
Ms. Phung Thi Kim Lien - worker of Yamaha Motor Vietnam Parts Production Co., Ltd.:

I have nearly 20 years of experience working at Yamaha Motor Vietnam Part Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and always clearly feel the companionship of the Trade Union organization in the lives of workers.
Recently, the Trade Union Executive Committee advised and coordinated with businesses to build 11 domestic and international tours. I had the opportunity to participate in a 3-day 3-night trip to Yunnan (China).
What I really appreciate is that the trade union has advised businesses to support 2 million VND/person, and at the same time deduct an additional 500,000 VND/person from trade union funds, thanks to which I only have to pay an additional 1.4 million VND to have a complete trip.
It is the practical concern of the company and the Trade Union organization that has added motivation for me to feel secure in sticking with the business for nearly two decades.
