On the afternoon of July 13, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) held the 3rd Conference of the Executive Committee of the 1st term, term 2025 - 2030, approving many important contents and identifying key tasks in the last 6 months of 2026.
According to the agreed program, trade union levels throughout the province will deploy 45 tasks, focusing on caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; building a strong trade union organization, suitable for the new organizational model.

In July - the peak month towards the 97th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026), the Provincial Labor Federation will organize commendation for typical grassroots trade union presidents. Organize the "Gratitude to Workers" Program, launch the "Vocational Stories I Tell" contest, and the "After Work" program.
One of the outstanding activities in July is the organization of a dialogue conference between the Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee and union members and workers.
This is a forum for workers to reflect their thoughts, aspirations, and recommendations on employment, income, working conditions and related policies. Thereby, helping the government and functional agencies promptly remove difficulties arising from practice.
In the last 6 months of 2026, many care programs continue to be proposed such as: supporting union members with critical illnesses; "Trade Union New Year's Eve Meal"; preparing resources to care for the Dinh Mui Lunar New Year 2027; deploying the union member health care plan for the period 2026 - 2031.

Trade unions at all levels will widely launch patriotic emulation movements; deploy the movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income" associated with the "3 savings" campaign; promote digital transformation, application of science and technology and innovation to improve the effectiveness of trade union activities.
Delegates also proposed solutions to strengthen grasping the ideological situation and life of union members in the context of a volatile labor market, thereby having timely support solutions.
Mr. Bui Hoai Nam - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation - emphasized that after arranging the organizational structure, the management area is wider, requiring trade union levels to strongly innovate operating methods.
In addition to innovating and caring for union members, the Provincial Labor Federation will soon complete the project to establish commune-level trade unions, and at the same time study and develop regulations on coordination with commune and ward Party committees to improve operational efficiency in the new period.
He also requested trade union levels to pay special attention to grasping the thoughts of union members and workers in the face of the increasing impacts of digital transformation and the job transition process. Effectively organize activities to express gratitude to workers, sports festivals and dialogue and negotiation programs to better care for the rights of union members.
