Implementing the policy of caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers according to the guidance of the VNPT Trade Union (under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology), the VNPT Khanh Hoa Trade Union has synchronously implemented the "Trade Union Corner" program at 14 affiliated grassroots trade unions.
The program is implemented with the goal of improving living conditions and enhancing the spiritual life of union members at workplaces. From simple living corners in the past, many units have proactively renovated into modern, friendly and intimate common living spaces with full tables and chairs, cabinets, water heaters, green trees, and living equipment, creating a stopover after stressful working hours.
According to the Khanh Hoa VNPT Trade Union, "Trade Union Corner" is not only a resting place for union members and workers but also becomes a "VNPT cultural space". At each unit, posters promoting VNPT culture, common behavior standards... are arranged solemnly, helping each union member easily access and remember the core values of the business right in the daily working environment.
Trade Union Corner" is also the spirit that VNPT Khanh Hoa Trade Union aims for: Caring for union members' lives with practical actions, and at the same time making VNPT culture a part of daily work, so that each official and employee not only understands but also lives with VNPT values, contributing to building a united, professional and ready-to-break through collective for the common development goal.
