In the past week, the Standing Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) organized many working delegations led by leaders of the Provincial LĐLĐ to grassroots trade unions to visit and give gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances on the occasion of Workers' Month 2026.
For workers, the gifts from the Trade Union organization not only carry the meaning of material support but also show concern and sharing for those in difficult circumstances.
Through this, workers have more trust, attachment and companionship with the Trade Union organization.
As one of 175 union members and workers in difficult circumstances at 4 enterprises in Ham Yen and Son Duong communes visited and presented gifts by the Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation on this occasion, Ms. Vu Thi Huong, a worker at Chung Jye Tuyen Quang Shoe Production Co., Ltd., could not help but be moved.

The concern and sharing of the Trade Union organization is really precious. That is a source of encouragement, a spiritual support to help me have more motivation to overcome difficulties," Ms. Huong shared.
During Workers' Month 2026, leaders of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Tuyen Quang Provincial Confederation of Labor directly went to many grassroots trade unions, went down to collective kitchens to listen to the thoughts and aspirations of workers.
At the same time, businesses need to focus on improving the quality of lunch meals to ensure the health of workers.
From the beginning of May 2026 to now, trade union levels in Tuyen Quang province have presented more than 600 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND, to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
In addition, many health check-up, counseling and free medicine distribution programs for workers have also been implemented, helping union members and workers have more conditions to take care of their health.
These gifts, although not of great value, show the timely concern and encouragement of the Trade Union organization towards union members and workers.
Thereby contributing to encouraging morale and creating motivation for workers to continue to strive to work and produce, and successfully complete assigned tasks.
Informing PV, Mr. Ha Van Vy - Vice Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation said that activities in Workers' Month 2026 are implemented in a practical direction, with focus and key points and strongly oriented towards grassroots levels, taking workers as the center.
“Through activities of visiting, giving gifts and disseminating laws during Workers' Month, Trade Unions at all levels have more conditions to listen to and grasp the life, jobs and working conditions of workers.
From there, promptly receive and resolve the legitimate thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers," Mr. Vy said.
