The first Labor Hero of TKV was Mr. Le Van Hien (born in 1890, in Kim Dong district, Hung Yen province).
He went to the Mining area at a very young age, applying to work as a worker at Ben Cua Ong Factory. In 22, the Mining area was completely liberated, along with the entire North, workers of Ben Cua Ong Enterprise urgently started to restore production.
Previously, when preparing to withdraw, in order to cause the Enterprise's production to stagnate, to overcome the situation that required a lot of time and effort, even endangering their lives, the French colonialists disrupted power lines, destroyed machinery or took away important electrical equipment and diagrams of power systems (especially high-voltage power systems serving the bridge and axis at the port).
However, with his intelligence, creativity and excellent memory, electrician Le Van Hien has redrawn the entire power grid system of the factory in a very short time.
Mr. Hien has worked with the Cua Ong workers to quickly return the screening facility to normal in less than a month. The port, steam welding plant, coal processing plant, high-voltage line in Cua Ong port, railway transportation system, coal handling locomotives and axle bridge system have all been repaired and put into operation.
