In particular, at Vang Danh Coal Joint Stock Company, Uong Bi City, Mr. Ho Quoc - Deputy Director of Vang Danh Coal Joint Stock Company - was appointed to the position of Director of Vang Danh Coal Joint Stock Company from March 3, 2025.

At Hon Gai Coal Company, Ha Long City, Mr. Pham Duy Hung - Acting Director of Hon Gai Coal Company - was transferred to the position of Deputy Head of TKV's Coal Production Regulatory Board from March 3, 2025; transferred Mr. Le Trung Toan - Director of the Mining Construction Company - to the position of Director of Hon Gai Coal Company - TKV from March 3, 2025.

Mr. Le Trung Toan was also appointed by the Standing Committee of the TKV Group Party Committee to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Hon Gai Coal Company for the 2020 - 2025 term.

At the Mining Construction Company, Cam Pha City, Mr. Do Sy Thanh - Deputy Director of the Mining Construction Company - was appointed to the position of Director of the Mining Construction Company from March 3, 2025. Mr. Thanh was also approved by the Standing Committee of the TKV Group Party Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Mining Construction and Installation Company for the 2020 - 2025 term.
