Having been attached to and worked at Sakurai Vietnam Co., Ltd. (in Le Mon Industrial Park, Thanh Hoa) for the past 17 years, Mr. Le Tam Quan (Head of the company's electricity team) is known as a friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated person to work, providing many creative technical solutions to not only help the daily work of workers but also contribute and benefit the business.
Sharing with PV of Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Quan said that since working at the factory, he has made many innovations in terms of content and methods of operation. With the main task of being the Head of the factory's Electricity Team, he always tries to complete the assigned work on schedule, not allowing power outages or electrical incidents to occur, ensuring smooth work for workers.
Regularly participate in building, inspecting, supervising, and making production plans for the workshop, monitoring the daily production of the power system, directly guiding the team members on tasks in electricity work and receiving management tasks from the workshop director to the departments and production stages in the workshop. Therefore, monthly work productivity is always achieved at a high level (from 135% to 160%).
In addition, during his work, he always explores, learns and proposes measures and solutions for innovation, application of science in practice, building programs, and assigning specific and effective tasks to each team and line to carry out assigned tasks to improve production efficiency.
I also advise the Board of Directors and workshop managers to make specific models for workers to implement in accordance with solutions and initiatives such as developing specific power reduction plans for each sewing line (from sewing 1 to sewing 10 of the workshop and cutting houses); specific and meticulous instructions for each team of electricians in the workshop to grasp and apply the correct process, efficiency and safety; directly working with workers to edit and urge the implementation of daily professional work to have the best production efficiency - Mr. Quan shared.
According to Mr. Quan, to increase product productivity, cost, and reduce labor for the factory, he himself has constantly had initiatives and experiences to increase the income of workers. A typical example is the initiative: " Design a time-trailer system for heat excavators" recognized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and awarded the Creative Labor Certificate.
A Party member devoted to the movement
Mr. Quan is also an exemplary Party member, a pioneer in movements and trade union activities. Mr. Quan said that he is a member of the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union, therefore, he enthusiastically and wholeheartedly participates in most activities and movements at the company.
"I, together with the Executive Board of the Company's Trade Union, participate in all relevant councils such as: Workers' recruitment exam council, salary increase council, labor discipline council, labor protection council... In any position, I always try to fulfill my tasks, be a bridge between employees and employers, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at the enterprise" - Mr. Quan said.
According to Mr. Quan, having been in the Party's ranks for more than 20 years, he has been very proud, always determined to have a strong ideological stance, considering the company as a home, the workers as colleagues, complying with all regulations and rules of the company as well as the legal policies of the Party and the State. Maintain and practice moral qualities, have a healthy and simple lifestyle and working style, practice thrift, fight waste, and unite well with everyone in the company. With his tireless efforts and the results of classifying Party members for 5 consecutive years, he has always excellently completed his tasks.
