As a production manager at the welding workshop of Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam Automobile Manufacturing Joint Stock Company, Mr. Bui Van Thinh is responsible for arranging work for members of the department, as well as providing technical support and technical training to colleagues, especially when installing new car models to serve the needs of customers in the market.
Mr. Thinh shared that working in a heavy industrial production environment, proposing innovative ideas and initiatives to reduce labor, save costs and save time is very important. However, during the production process, most workers are afraid to write or do not know how to express their ideas. Realizing this, from his personal experience and from his role as a department manager, he always encourages and actively supports his colleagues to come up with their ideas to improve and save costs for the company.
“I have directly contributed to many large and small initiatives to improve the working environment to be safe and effective, and benefit the company by hundreds of millions of VND each year, which have been recognized and highly appreciated by the company's leaders. Typically, the initiative on "Designing and installing a Tigon system to assist in tire arch compression" benefits the company by nearly 180 million VND/year. The initiative "Processing and installing additional rotating shafts for the glue pump line on the HR vehicle line, rearranging the glue pump line on the line structure" and the initiative "Processing and installing additional lifting and lowering work platforms for the HR vehicle main compartment station" have saved the company's material costs and reduced the labor of workers when performing the work" - Mr. Thinh shared.
Proud to be in the ranks of the Party
During his time working and training at Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam Automobile Manufacturing Joint Stock Company, Mr. Bui Van Thinh was honored to be introduced by the Company's Union Executive Committee, reported to the Party cell, trained and admitted to the Party on December 30, 2015.
Mr. Thinh shared that during his work at the enterprise, he always paid attention to maintaining the qualifications, style, and ethics of a party member, manager, and union official.
“It is an honor and pride to be in the ranks of the Party. As a Party member of the Party Cell of Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam Automobile Manufacturing Joint Stock Company, I always believe in Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought and the Party's renovation policy, steadfast in the goal of national independence and socialism,” Mr. Thinh shared.
According to Mr. Thinh, as a party member in an enterprise, despite limited time, he is always aware of arranging his work scientifically, fully participating in Party activities, thematic activities, and paying party dues in full. He and other party members in the cell actively propagate and explain the Party's policies and guidelines and the country's development policies, and actively implement the study and follow of Ho Chi Minh's moral example.
Actively work with the executive committee to care for and introduce outstanding union members for the Party cell to consider, train, and admit to the Party, contributing to the successful completion of Party development work at the enterprise.
