Both a good worker and an excellent union official
Ms. Nguyen Thi My Duyen - Secretary of Party Cell No. 1 - VSIP 1, Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park Party Committee, Vice President of the Trade Union of Wonderful Saigon Electric Company Limited (Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province), is one of the exemplary Party members. Ms. Duyen has not only completed her professional work excellently, but also fulfilled her duties as a union official and a Party member.
Working at the company, Ms. Duyen is mainly responsible for the quantity of products produced daily according to the plan, managing production standards at each stage. Ms. Duyen completes well the professional tasks assigned by her superiors, 100% on time; constantly researches, explores, creates, and improves in her work to bring profits to the company.
“During my time working at the company, I always ensure to complete all assigned tasks, organize and arrange the team's work in the most effective way. Besides, I often support and gain more knowledge from leaders and colleagues. From there, I come up with new ideas and improvements to help reduce investment costs for machinery, develop machines and support tools - helping workers work safely and increase productivity" - Ms. Duyen shared.
As a union official, Ms. Duyen and the company's Trade Union Executive Committee have successfully organized dialogues and annual employee conferences. Through this, the Trade Union Executive Committee has proposed to include in the Collective Labor Agreement many provisions that are more beneficial to employees, such as travel allowances, accommodation, maternity and sick leave, and ensuring nutrition and quality of employees' meals.
Dedicated to Party work
At the company, Ms. Duyen and the Executive Committee of the Trade Union always promote the propaganda of the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State to workers. Launch and organize patriotic emulation movements well, focusing on the movement of good workers and creative workers, creating conditions for workers to practice and strive to become Party members.
Ms. Duyen is responsible for orienting and developing new party members. Guiding party members in the party cell to promote their role as party members in the enterprises where they work, coordinating with the trade union executive committee to train and foster outstanding masses to mature politically to inherit and develop the party.
Ms. Nguyen Hoang Bao Tran - Permanent Vice President of Binh Duong Provincial Labor Federation said that as Party cell secretary, comrade Nguyen Thi My Duyen has done a good job of developing new party members, guiding party members in the party cell to promote their role as party members in the enterprises where they work. Coordinated with the Trade Union Executive Committee to train and foster outstanding masses to inherit and develop the party.

Sharing about being honored as an exemplary worker who is a party member, Ms. Duyen expressed her honor and considered this a reminder of her responsibility to the organization and the community. This is also the motivation for her to continuously study and contribute, helping workers realize that the union is a companion and a reliable address. She hopes that workers in industrial zones will all know and be attached to the Party, Trade Union, and Youth Union organizations.
