The delegation conducted a survey program to evaluate the implementation of propaganda and political ideology education and legal education for workers at the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries Group (TKV) on August 6.

According to the report of TKV Trade Union representative, in recent times, TKV Trade Union has synchronously and effectively implemented propaganda and education on politics, ideology and law throughout the system with many creative models, suitable for the characteristics of the coal industry.
Diverse forms of communication such as internal communication systems, social networks, fanpages, billboards, television, etc. are flexibly applied for implementation. The propaganda content closely follows the political tasks and practical needs of workers. Under the direction of Party committees at all levels, coordination between trade unions and professionals has been closely and promptly implemented.
The grasp of workers' thoughts and concerns is focused on through surveys, dialogues, and social networks. Legal education activities, skills improvement, and legal support consultation are regularly organized.
At the survey, officials of TKV Trade Union discussed and emphasized that propaganda work needs to closely follow the practical needs of workers, avoid formality, and focus on practical contents such as employment, wages, labor safety, regimes, and policies. In fact, workers are often interested in information directly related to their rights and lives. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate the form of propaganda in a concise, easy-to-understand, and easy-to-reach direction.
Speaking at the survey, Mr. Khuat Manh Thang - Deputy Secretary of the TKV Group Party Committee emphasized the importance of continuing to research and clarify the contents raised by the survey team, thereby improving the quality of propaganda work to workers.

Mr. Le Thanh Xuan - Member of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the TKV Trade Union affirmed that through this survey program, the trade union organization has more basis to innovate and improve the quality of propaganda in a practical and effective direction.
Concluding the survey, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Ngo Duy Hieu highly appreciated the serious, thoughtful preparation and responsibility of the TKV Trade Union, and at the same time suggested that the subjects, content, and methods of propaganda must be correctly identified, especially focusing on communication through action, building trust and spreading positive values.
The Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor also suggested that it is necessary to continue to invest proportionate resources in communication, select a suitable team, apply modern technology and build creative and effective communication products, contributing to building a modern and strong working class, meeting the requirements of sustainable development of the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries in the new era of the nation.
