Towards the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2026), the working delegation of the VGCL led by Comrade Vu Anh Duc - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) directly visited and presented gifts to representatives of families with meritorious services to the revolution who are relatives of officials, union members, and workers of departments and units directly under the VGCL.
The delegation visited Mr. Lam Ngoc Hung, wounded soldier rank 4/4 (Ha Dong, Hanoi) - the biological father of comrade Lam Thi Van Anh, specialist of the Trade Union Affairs Committee; Mr. To Ngoc Son, wounded soldier rank 4/4 (Phuc Tho commune, Hanoi) - the biological father of comrade To Quang Hao, specialist of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health Science.

At the families of people with meritorious services to the revolution, on behalf of the Party Committee and VGCL leaders, Comrade Vu Anh Duc cordially inquired about their health, daily life and expressed deep gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of previous generations to the cause of national liberation and defense of the Fatherland.
Talking with representatives of families, Comrade Vu Anh Duc wished relatives of officials, union members, and workers of departments and units directly under the VGCL to continue to maintain their health, always be a solid spiritual support, promote revolutionary traditions to educate children and grandchildren to well comply with the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws, and actively contribute to the development of the Trade Union organization as well as society.
Receiving a warm gift of gratitude from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, Mr. To Ngoc Son said: "Receiving the attention and sincere inquiries from the leaders of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, I feel very warm and I am even more proud that my children and grandchildren are continuing the tradition and striving to contribute to the Trade Union organization".
