On May 7, the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) organized a conference to summarize 5 years of implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive 05-CT/TW; commending advanced examples in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style.
Attending the conference were Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Standing Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; and about 170 delegates who are officials, union members, and workers in Ho Chi Minh City.
In the conference, the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation organized commendation and awarded certificates of merit to 149 typical examples, including 40 collectives and 109 typical individuals in studying and following Uncle Ho.
Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Standing Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor - acknowledged and highly appreciated the outstanding results that officials, union members, and workers of Ho Chi Minh City have achieved in the past time. The Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union is one of the pioneering units, not only stopping at "learning" but also strongly shifting to "following" with practical actions, going deeper, becoming a regular task contributing to effectively spreading the values of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style.

According to Standing Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Thai Thu Xuong, in order for studying and following Uncle Ho to continue to go deeper, the Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union needs to focus on implementing a number of key tasks such as: setting a solid example from trade union officials, especially heads; continuing to maintain and promote the study of Uncle Ho's spirit of respecting the people and being close to the people, building the style of Trade Union officials to always be "close to the grassroots, close to workers"; continuing to include the content of following Uncle Ho in the content of daily trade union activities, associated with the emulation movement "Good labor, creative labor"; innovating propaganda methods through digital technology to bring Uncle Ho's ideology, ethics, and style closer to direct production workers...
