Accordingly, people working at the Commune Health Station as managers must fulfill the following obligations:
Direct and organize the implementation of the unit's tasks in accordance with assigned duties and authority.
Implement democracy, maintain solidarity and professional ethics in the assigned management and responsibility unit.
To be responsible for or jointly responsible for the implementation of professional activities of civil servants under the management and responsibility.
Build and develop human resources; effectively manage and use facilities and finances in the assigned management and responsibility unit.
Organize the implementation of anti-corruption measures and practice thrift and combating waste in the unit assigned to manage and be in charge.
The current organizational structure of the Commune Health Station:
According to Article 3 of Circular 33/2015/TT-BYT, there are regulations on the organizational structure of the current Commune Health Stations as follows:
Regarding organization: Commune Health Station has a Station Chief and 1 Deputy Station Chief;
Officials working at the Commune Health Station are responsible for being in charge of the field of work as assigned by the Head of the Station to ensure the implementation of the tasks of the Health Station as prescribed in Article 2 of this Circular;
The appointment and dismissal of station heads and station deputy heads and the rotation and transfer of civil servants working at the Health Station are decided by the Director of the District Health Center according to the authority and management authority in the locality.
