Responsibilities of the Inspectorate
1. Inspectors must be exemplary in complying with the law; have the responsibility to study and research to improve their professional qualifications and inspection skills.
2. In the process of inspection, the inspector must perform the task as assigned by the head of the inspection team; must comply with the provisions of the law and take responsibility before the law for the performance of the assigned tasks; Responsible to the head of the inspection team, the person who issued the inspection decision, the head of the agency directly managing the assigned tasks.
Accordingly, the Inspectorate is responsible for being exemplary in complying with the law; responsible for studying and researching to improve professional qualifications and inspection skills.
