On July 30, Mr. Le Duc Tho - Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation and a working delegation of the Provincial Labor Federation, the Party Committee, and the People's Committee of Xuan Cam commune visited, presented gifts to union members and workers, and grasped the situation of production and business activities, and care for workers at Amphenol High Speed Cable Vietnam Co., Ltd.
This is a practical activity in response to the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, and at the same time continues to affirm the concern of the Trade Union organization for union members and workers at enterprises.
At the working session, business leaders briefly informed about the production, business, employment, and income situation of employees as well as the results of coordination between the Company's Board of Directors and the Trade Union Executive Committee in caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and employees.
The working delegation also listened to the recommendations and proposals of businesses and grassroots Trade Union organizations to promptly grasp and remove difficulties and obstacles in the operation process.
On this occasion, the working delegation of the Provincial Labor Federation and the Party Committee and People's Committee of Xuan Cam commune presented 100 gifts, each worth 305,000 VND, to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, with outstanding achievements in labor production, actively participating in trade union activities and emulation movements at enterprises.
In which, 60 gifts were presented directly at the program, 40 gifts were presented by the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee to workers working night shifts, ensuring that all union members receive gifts from the Trade Union organization.
On the same day, the Trade Union of Amphenol High Speed Cable Vietnam Co., Ltd. coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to organize the "Trade Union Meal" Program in 2026 for all union members and employees. Meals were increased to 85,000 VND/person, an increase of 50,000 VND compared to daily meals.
Trade Union Meals" not only contribute to improving the quality of lunch meals but also create a joyful atmosphere, connecting business leaders with union members and workers; showing the companionship of businesses and trade union organizations in caring for workers' lives, building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Le Duc Tho - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged and highly appreciated the close coordination between the Company's Board of Directors and the grassroots Trade Union in taking care of workers' lives; and at the same time wished the enterprise to continue to pay attention to improving working conditions, improving the quality of lunch meals, and building a safe and friendly working environment so that workers can be assured and stick with the enterprise for a long time.
Through visiting, giving gifts and attending "Trade Union Meals", the Provincial Labor Federation continues to grasp the practical operations of enterprises, the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers to promptly have solutions to care for and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers, contributing to building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization and accompanying sustainable development of enterprises.
