During the two days (March 1-2, 2025), Ms. Bui Thi Thu Huong - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of Phu Tho province led a working delegation to Dong Thap to exchange and learn from experience in developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions at enterprises in industrial parks.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan - Chairman of the Trade Union of Dong Thap Industrial Parks and Economic Zones and the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Dong Thap Industrial Parks and Economic Zones received and exchanged work.
In the spirit of solidarity to reap success together, the two units happily shared their experiences and problems in the process of propagating and mobilizing workers to participate in the Trade Union organization.
The focus is on discussing methods of mobilizing and gathering voluntary workers to join the organization and establish grassroots trade unions in industrial parks. The two sides exchanged many practical contents to promote the quality of representative activities, care for and protect union members, workers and laborers more and more effectively and practically. Notably, the work of caring for union members and workers during holidays, Tet and emergency cases...
On this occasion, representatives of the two units' leaders also suggested and proposed many ideas to help each other do better in the activities of the Trade Union and the workers' movement in the coming time. In particular, the increasingly effective implementation of the work of representing, protecting, and caring for union members and workers. Thereby affirming the irreplaceable role and position of the Vietnam Trade Union in the coming time.
As well as joining hands to innovate the content and methods of Trade Union activities to become more and more effective and practical for union members and workers in the new context.
On this occasion, the delegation also came to offer flowers and incense at the Tomb of Vice- Chancellor Nguyen Sinh Sac - birthplace of President Ho Chi Minh (Cao Lanh City) and the historical revolutionary relic Xeo Quyt (Cao Lanh District).
