At the conference, the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union announced and presented the Decision to admit 42 workers to the Vietnam Trade Union and the Decision to establish a grassroots Trade Union with 5 comrades participating in the Provisional Executive Committee of the Trade Union, 3 comrades participating in the Provisional Inspection Committee.
Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Ha Minh Vi - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union affirmed the role, responsibility and necessity of the trade union organization in enterprises, and hoped that in the coming time, the Provisional Executive Committee of the Trade Union will closely coordinate with the company's leaders to effectively carry out the work of caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of cadres, union members and workers.
Proactively exchanging, promptly grasping the thoughts and aspirations, resolving problems of union members and workers; building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations between enterprises and workers; propagating the rights and obligations of union members and workers when participating in the Trade Union organization; organizing activities and emulation movements to improve business quality and efficiency, contributing to increasing income, stabilizing employment, improving the material and spiritual life of cadres, union members and workers.
