To date, the Vietnam Labor Union has over 11 million members and over 123,000 grassroots labor unions representing over 52 million workers, which is an important factor and a decisive role in the development and prosperity of the country.

Along with the growth and development of the Vietnam Labor Union, the Ha Tinh Labor Union has developed rapidly in terms of both quantity and quality. To date, the Ha Tinh Labor Union system has developed to the district, commune, and ward levels, and to various agencies, units, and enterprises, with over 1,500 grassroots labor unions and nearly 71,000 members.

Over the past few years, the Ha Tinh Labor Union has closely followed the Party's guidelines, the State's policies, and the local authorities' tasks, and has implemented the work of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of laborers, and caring for their material and spiritual lives.

The labor union's movements, especially the "Excellent Labor, Creative Labor" and "Excellent Advice, Good Service" movements, have created a breakthrough and attracted a large number of labor union officials and workers to participate.

Through these movements, the labor union has made a significant contribution to the development of the local economy and society, and has confirmed its role and position in the political system, and has gained the trust of laborers and workers.

At the ceremony, the Ha Tinh Labor Union, on behalf of the Vietnam General Federation of Labor, awarded the Labor Union Merit Medal to many individuals from the Ha Tinh Labor Union.
