Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. has more than 40,000 employees working at 3 factories in Dong Nai province including: Factory in Thanh Phu Industrial Park, Tan Trieu ward; Loc An - Binh Son Industrial Park, Long Thanh commune and Tan Phu Industrial Park, Tan Phu commune.
From 2002 to now, the Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. has built and repaired more than 200 Trade Union Shelters for union members and workers with an amount of over 5.4 billion VND.
On average, each year, the company's trade union builds 10 Trade Union Warm Houses for workers.
