On June 29, the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Federation of Labor announced that it had organized the handover of the Trade Union Shelter to support workers in the education sector in difficult circumstances in Xuyen Moc commune, Xuyen Moc district.
It is known that union member Le Thi Hoa is an office worker at Xuyen Moc Secondary School, with difficult circumstances due to low income, husband without a stable job and raising young children. Due to lack of conditions, the whole family had to rent a house and could not build a house on their land.
With the support of relatives and the attention of the union, after a period of construction, the shelter has been completed and put into use with a total cost of 240 million VND, of which the Provincial Federation of Labor supported the union member's family with 50 million VND to build the Shelter.
According to the Provincial Federation of Labor, this is an activity of profound humanitarian significance, demonstrating the spirit of mutual love, support, helping each other and the concern of trade unions at all levels for the lives of cadres, workers, civil servants and laborers in the area.
On this occasion, trade unions at all levels also have gifts to support congratulating union members' families, thereby contributing to helping union members' families and workers quickly stabilize their lives and work with peace of mind.
