On February 4, the Provincial Labor Federation said it had just given 200 gifts to 200 union members and workers in the western region (former Kon Tum province), contributing to sharing difficulties and encouraging workers to celebrate a joyful and warm Tet.
The gift-giving program was organized in Dak Cam ward with the motto "All union members and workers have Tet, celebrate Tet". At the program, the Provincial Labor Federation presented 200 gifts to 200 union members and workers (each gift including 1 million VND in cash and 100,000 VND in gift money), contributing to sharing difficulties and encouraging workers to celebrate a joyful and warm Tet.
Mr. Dinh Quoc Tuan - Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation said that in 2025, after arranging the organizational structure and implementing the 2-level local government model, Quang Ngai province's socio-economy continues to develop stably; people's lives, including union members and workers, are increasingly improved.
On the occasion of the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, the Provincial Labor Federation continues to maintain and implement many meaningful Tet care activities such as: "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party", "Trade Union Tet Market 2026", "Trade Union Year-end Meal"... to support union members and workers in difficult circumstances to celebrate Spring and welcome Tet.
In addition, grassroots trade unions coordinate with businesses to ensure full and timely payment of salaries and Tet bonuses; organize practical care activities to ensure labor safety and security during Tet.
According to the plan, during the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, the Provincial Labor Federation will spend over 6 billion VND to organize the "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" Program, giving about 6,000 gifts to union members and workers; and at the same time organizing visits and giving many gifts to forces performing tasks during Tet and people in difficult circumstances throughout the province.
In addition to the province's resources, on this occasion, Party and State leaders, the National Assembly, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor also supported 1,000 gifts, worth a total of 1.3 billion VND, to union members and workers in difficult circumstances in the province.
