On February 13, the grassroots trade union (CĐCS) of Asia A Chau Door Technology Co., Ltd. (Tan Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City) said that it had organized with the company to give gifts to security workers at the factory.
The unit presented gifts to 25 workers working at the factory in Tan Hiep and Binh Co wards. Each gift is worth more than 1 million VND, including 1 million VND in cash and gifts.
Mr. Dao Quang Tho - Human Resources Director of Cua Y A Chau Technology Co., Ltd. said that the company started Tet holiday from February 13th (December 26th of the lunar calendar) and returned to work on February 27th (January 11th of the lunar calendar). Currently, workers participating in production have returned to their hometowns for Tet holiday, and at the factory there are only workers protecting the factory.
Protecting factories is a very important job. Workers working in this field are also very hard when they have to work for a long time. Besides, working during Tet, workers will also miss home and relatives very much. Understanding the feelings of workers, company leaders and grassroots trade unions visited and presented gifts to the security force. Thereby, encouraging workers to strive to complete their tasks well" - Mr. Dao Quang Tho said.
Previously, the grassroots trade union of the company and this enterprise organized to give 1,300 gifts and lucky money to workers working at the enterprise. At the same time, they organized to see off workers to return to their hometowns to celebrate Tet. At the program, business leaders expressed their gratitude to all workers who united and made efforts with the factory to complete the production plan. Company leaders said that in the difficult context, the enterprise has prepared measures to respond. The company ensures full orders to create jobs and stable income for workers in the new year 2026.
