The conference took place in person and online at 38 locations.
Attending were representatives of leaders and staff directly advising on the implementation of the Creative Labor Festival activities of the Hanoi City Labor Federation, Central and equivalent industry unions, and General Corporation Trade Unions under the General Confederation (in Hanoi).
The festival is held to honor the contributions of union members and workers in coming up with initiatives, technical improvements, quality solutions and effective application in practice.
At the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Manh Kien - Deputy Head of the Labor Relations Department of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor said that the Festival has 3 main activities, including: Displaying creative products, introducing typical scientific products and research works of union members and workers nationwide; Creative Labor Forum, development motivation, creating opportunities for experts, managers, and workers to exchange, share experiences, and discuss solutions to promote innovation and creativity; Awarding Enterprises for Workers, honoring enterprises with good policies and regimes, paying attention to workers, and creating a positive working environment...

Of the total number of booths at the Festival, there will be about 15 special booths and one of the highlights is the seminar on Promoting the creative potential of workers.

One of the conclusions at the Conference emphasized by Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Ngo Duy Hieu is: The Trade Union and the working class must affirm their role, position, and contributions in the 80 years of the founding, construction, and development of the country. In which, the 2025 Creative Labor Festival is an important event, must truly have a creative mark, with elaborate investment; the displayed products must be typical, modern, rich in creativity, and have a local mark to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2.
