On June 18, the Binh Phuoc Provincial Federation of Labor (PFF) held a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, term XI, 2023-2028, to review trade union activities in the first 6 months of 2025. At the same time, implement the policy of implementing the plan to reorganize the organization and apparatus of the Provincial Federation of Labor.

The Binh Phuoc Provincial Federation of Labor said that in the first months of the year, the unit has been flexible in management, innovating methods, closely coordinating with sectors and localities to care for and protect the rights of union members and workers, and improve the effectiveness of grassroots union activities.
In the first 6 months of 2025, 18 new collective labor agreements were signed, 13 grassroots unions proactively proposed and negotiated with employers to adjust the value of shift meals.
The whole province has 865 grassroots trade unions (CDCS) in the administrative sector, public service sector and state-owned enterprises, 457 non-state sectoral trade unions have coordinated with employers to develop, promulgate and implement grassroots democracy regulations (achieving 100% of the target assigned by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor).
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, over 127,000 union members and workers were supported with a total budget of more than 39.5 billion VND. From the Provincial Trade Union Social Fund, support the construction and repair of 14 Trade Union Shelters with 610 million VND; Visit 673 union members in difficulty with more than 1 billion VND. Trade unions at all levels visited more than 12,636 union members with more than 6.7 billion VND.

In Workers' Month 2025, 1,040 workers in difficulty and having work-related accidents will be supported, with a total cost of 1.04 billion VND.
Binh Phuoc Trade Union has joined hands with the locality in the program "Eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses", the Provincial Federation of Labor has provided funding to build 6 Great Unity houses for 6 poor households, with a total amount of 450 million VND.
According to Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor Nguyen Duc Thang, the work of building organizations has also been focused on, cared for and identified as a breakthrough task. The whole province admitted 6,041 new union members, bringing the total number of union members to 131,149; established 36 new grassroots unions, bringing the total number of grassroots unions to 1,337, introduced 307 outstanding union members, of which 45 were admitted to the Party.
At the conference, the Provincial Federation of Labor implemented the policy plan to reorganize the organization and apparatus of the Provincial Trade Union.
In which, the Labor Federations of 11 districts, towns and cities, 2 Industrial Park Trade Unions and the Trade Unions of Party Agencies and Provincial Authorities, 2 public service units (Union Law Consulting Center and Trade Union Tourism Service Company Limited) were dissolved.
End the operation of grassroots trade unions of administrative agencies and public service units receiving salaries of 100% from the state budget.
Hand over to the Provincial Federation of Labor the grassroots unions that are not subject to termination of activities, establish 7 commune and ward unions. The Provincial Federation of Labor reduced from 04 specialized departments to 2 advisory committees (Union Working Committee and Industrial Park Union Committee).
On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor awarded certificates of merit to 11 collectives and 21 individuals with achievements in activities in the Workers' Month and the Month of Labor Safety and Hygiene in 2025.
