Mr. Tran Xuan Lich - Chairman of the Trade Union Committee of Department X03 for the 2023-2025 term - said: Since its establishment, the Trade Union of Department X03 has always shared and understood the difficulties of union members; fully implemented policies and regimes, cared for the rights and interests of union members and workers.
After 3 years of operation from 2023-2025, the X03 Trade Union is very proud to affirm that it is an extension of the Party Committee and the Department's leaders to care for the rights and concerns of union members and workers, especially for labor contracts and collaborators, the chairman stated.
Regarding political and ideological education for union members; in the past term, the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union under Department X03 thoroughly grasped all cadres and union members to fully implement the Party's resolutions and directives, the State's policies and laws. The Department's Trade Union has directed grassroots trade unions to actively and proactively grasp the situation and orient ideological work according to the direction of the Party Committee, the leaders of the Department and the People's Public Security Trade Union.
Regarding the work of caring for the lives, the Trade Union of Department X03 has stepped up the organization of work to care for the lives of union members and workers in difficult circumstances, especially during holidays, Tet, and major holidays.
For the 2023-2025 term, on the occasion of 1.5 and Lunar New Year, the X03 Department Trade Union presented gifts to all union members, each gift worth from 45,000,000 - 60,000,000 VND. Among them, there are special gifts such as: Union member Sai Thi Anh Tuyet, Union member Dang Thi Loan were able to go to their homes to buy necessary items for their family, each comrade 6,000,000 VND.
Speaking at the Congress, Lieutenant Colonel Cong Thanh Thao - Head of the People's Public Security Trade Union - acknowledged the activities of solidarity and coordination in professional activities and socio-political work of the X03 Department Trade Union in the period of 2023-2025.
Lieutenant Colonel Cong Thanh Thao also suggested that in the 2025-2030 term, the Trade Union of Department X03 should continue to carry out leadership and direction work; better understand union members and workers; implement appropriate policies to propose more better welfare programs for union members and workers.
On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the leaders of Department X03, Colonel Nguyen Thi Thuy Thanh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of Department X03 - acknowledged, commended and highly appreciated the initiative, efforts and achievements of the Department's Trade Union and its affiliated grassroots trade unions in the period of 2023-2025.
In addition to the achieved results, in the 2025-2030 term, Colonel Nguyen Thi Thuy Thanh requested the Trade Union of Department X03 to increase activities towards workers and laborers under labor contracts.
To function well, I request that you strengthen political and ideological education. Timely propose to the Party Committee and the superior Trade Union to promptly reward and encourage union members and workers with good achievements in work as well as in trade union activities, emphasized Colonel Nguyen Thi Thuy Thanh.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Department X03 Trade Union Committee, term 2025-2030, consisting of 3 comrades. The head of the committee is Mr. Tran Xuan Lich.
The Congress also elected 2 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 7th Congress of the People's Public Security Trade Union, term 2025-2030.
