Non-public kindergartens in Da Nang must reduce labor

Nguyễn Linh |

The operations of non-public kindergartens in Da Nang are facing many difficulties and have had to reduce their scale of operations.

On the afternoon of September 26, the Hai Chau District Labor Federation (DLF) held a conference to summarize the Union activities of the 2023-2024 school year.

At the Conference, the Hai Chau District Labor Federation said that the implementation of the 2023-2024 school year plan still faces limitations.

Especially the shortage of teachers, teachers facing pressure when having to switch to teaching subject combinations according to the reformed curriculum, overloaded class sizes in some schools, low salary regime for the catering department...

Besides, the operation of non-public kindergartens still faces many difficulties. Some schools have had to reduce their scale and workforce. Many union members and workers have had to quit their jobs. The lives of teachers and workers are still facing many difficulties.

Therefore, in recent times, the District Labor Federation has continued to allocate resources to support gifts and cash from the union budget for union members and workers in difficult circumstances during the year.

The District Labor Federation has also coordinated with the People's Committee of Hai Chau District to organize cultural and artistic movements to provide information and support to grassroots unions, businesses and workers.

Therefore, the general ideological situation and mood of cadres, teachers and workers of schools are currently basically stable, with confidence in the Party's policies and guidelines, the State's legal policies and the policies and guidelines of the Trade Union organization.
