In recent times, the emulation movement "Good workers", striving to achieve the title of "Good workers in the capital" has been actively implemented, responded to, maintained and developed by the Trade Unions at all levels and workers in the capital.
Up to now, the movement has truly gone into depth and meaning, becoming an important action movement of the Trade Union organization.
Over the past 17 years, many good workers have appeared in all fields, at all ages, and have been honored worthyly.
These are workers directly working and producing at enterprises in economic sectors in the capital, are typical examples, diligent in labor, many creative initiatives; contributing to effective production and business enterprises, building a beautiful and civilized capital.
In 2025, the whole city had 60,220 workers who were recognized as the title of excellent worker at the grassroots level; 2,530 workers are recognized as a "good worker" level ". In which, the FDI enterprise sector accounts for 35%of the commended workers; the number of workers of 3,4,5 achieved the title of good workers in the capital accounted for over 60%; workers with skilled level 6 and 7 accounted for over 35%;
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Pham Quang Thanh - Member of the Presidium of the VGCL, Chairman of the Hanoi Labor Federation - said that from the advanced examples of grassroots level and upper level, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Labor Federation has chosen and decided to recognize the title of "good worker of the capital" and ask the People's Committee of Hanoi City to award certificates of merit to 100 workers. These are fresh flowers adorned for the working month in 2025 and offered to Uncle Ho's beloved Uncle Ho to celebrate his 135th anniversary.
At the commendation ceremony, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Ngo Duy Hieu expressed his hope that in the coming time, the " good workers of the capital" force will continue to nurture the desire to contribute and convey aspirations to everyone.
