The launching ceremony of Workers' Month and Labor Safety and Hygiene Action Month organized by the Cau Giay District Labor Federation in coordination with the Cau Giay District People's Committee has just had the participation of 300 cadres and union members, including over 100 workers from a number of Company Trade Unions in the district.
One of the significance of the activities on the occasion of Workers' Month and the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene organized by the District Labor Federation is to encourage and motivate workers, civil servants, and employees to unite, be creative, work enthusiastically, increase productivity, quality, efficiency, increase income, and welfare for workers.
Thereby affirming the position and role of trade unions in representing, taking care of and protecting the legitimate and legitimate rights and interests of union members, officials and employees, workers; Promoting the attention and care of the Party committees, authorities, sectors, levels, employers and the whole society to contribute to the good implementation of Resolution No. 02-NQ/TW of the Politburo "on the organization and operation of the Vietnamese Trade Union in the new situation".
Right at the launching ceremony, the Chairman of Cau Giay District People's Committee presented Certificates of Merit to 20 collectives and 15 individuals with outstanding achievements in occupational safety and hygiene in 2024.
In particular, after the Launching Ceremony, the District Labor Federation coordinated to organize training on basic new points of the Law on Social Insurance for units and enterprises in the district.
