The event was attended by leaders of the Hanoi National University Trade Union (VNU) and nearly 60 outstanding female cadres and female union members in 2024.
President of the National Assembly Trade Union Nguyen Thi Thao said that with more than 3,000 female union members and workers (accounting for 57% of the total number of union members), female cadres are present in all areas of work, from participating in management work, to teaching and teaching services. In recent times, female cadres of VNU have continuously promoted their capacity and creativity in all fields, contributing positively to the overall development of VNU, the Capital and the country.
The Trade Union always accompanies and strives to build a team of female employees to become high-quality human resources, comprehensively developing both their intelligence, physical strength and spirit, training and striving to become female workers and civil servants who are "Good at school work, good at housework".
I acknowledge and highly appreciate the activities of the Women's Union for actively and proactively creating and organizing women's activities effectively, contributing significantly to connecting and spreading the beautiful image of female VNUG staff, said Ms. Nguyen Thi Thao.
At the conference, the VNU-School Trade Union awarded the Certificate of Merit for the topic "Good at school work, good at home work" in 2024 to 22 individuals. On this occasion, the VNU-UghN Trade Union presented 21 gifts to 21 female union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
