At the conference, delegates reviewed the glorious tradition of Vietnamese women through the ages; outstanding results in trade union activities and emulation movements among female workers in Tien Lang district in recent times.
On this occasion, Tien Lang District Labor Federation commended 11 collectives and 18 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Good at public work, good at housework" in 2023.
Also at the program, a reporter from the Women's Propaganda Department of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation gave a talk to nearly 150 female union officials and managers on "Leadership skills to create a positive working environment". Thereby, helping women gain more knowledge and skills to build a friendly and cohesive working environment, promote labor productivity as well as stimulate the creativity of union members and workers.
