News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on October 20 said: The City Labor Federation coordinated with the Dien Ban Ward Labor Union to organize a propaganda session on social insurance policies for union members and employees of Phong Son One Member Co., Ltd. and Da Nang Plastic One Member Co., Ltd.
At the propaganda session, 200 union members and employees of these two companies were disseminated and had a dialogue about the Law on Social Insurance 2014, focusing on disseminating and directly answering problems related to new contents effective from the Law on Social Insurance No. 58/2014/QH12.
In particular, the reporter has analyzed and clarified policies beneficial to female union members and workers, especially new regulations on maternity benefits and the addition of maternity benefits for voluntary social insurance participants.
At the same time, workers are instructed in detail on how to install, register and effectively use the VssID application - Digital Social Insurance application, helping them proactively look up the process of participating and enjoying social security regimes.
On this occasion, in order to demonstrate the concern and sharing of the Trade Union organization for female union members on the occasion of October 20, the Dien Ban Ward Trade Union presented 5 gifts, each worth VND500,000, to female union members in especially difficult circumstances and suffering from serious illnesses at Phong Son One Member Co., Ltd. and Da Nang Plastic Company Limited.
