On July 28, information from the Labor Federation (LDF) of Tuyen Quang province, this unit in coordination with the Tuyen Quang Provincial Lawyers Association organized a conference to propagate and advise on laws for union members and workers at J-Star Vina Tuyen Quang Co., Ltd.
Attending the conference were Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuoc - Chairwoman of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Lawyers Association; Mr. Ha Van Vy - Vice Chairman of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation; leaders of the Provincial Trade Union Affairs Committee, leaders of Yen Son Commune Trade Union and a large number of workers and laborers of J-Star Vina Tuyen Quang Co., Ltd.
At the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuoc directly propagated about regimes, policies, legitimate and lawful rights and interests directly related to workers, such as: Labor Code, Law on Drug Prevention and Control, Population Law...
At the same time, the working delegation of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Lawyers Association directly provided legal advice to union members and employees at J-Star Vina Tuyen Quang Co., Ltd., through exchanging and asking questions about issues of concern to employees.
Opinions have been answered, guided clearly, specifically, and easily understood so that workers can grasp and implement, and protect their legitimate rights and interests.
Propaganda and legal advice activities have contributed to raising awareness about labor law and social insurance for workers, building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
At the conference, leaders of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Lawyers Association awarded prizes to 21 union members participating in learning about the law.
On the occasion of the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2026), at the program, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Lawyers Association presented 6 gratitude gifts (each worth 500,000 VND) to union members and workers who are children of policy households and people with meritorious services working at the company.
