As a trade union official with many years of attachment to the movement of workers, civil servants, and laborers in the locality, Ms. Tran Thi Huong - Vice President of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation was consulted and introduced to run for election as a delegate to the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council of the VIII term (term 2026 - 2031).

In the field of social security, the candidate said he would be interested in promoting sustainable poverty reduction programs; developing social housing for low-income people, especially workers; improving the quality of health and education; and promoting job creation.
In her role as leader of the Provincial Trade Union, Ms. Tran Thi Huong affirmed that she will continue to protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; take care of life and income; and support the "Trade Union Shelter" program for union members in difficult circumstances.
As a female candidate, she is particularly interested in policies for women and children; supervising the implementation of laws on labor, gender equality, and domestic violence prevention; ensuring a safe and humane living environment for women, children and vulnerable groups.
In addition, the candidate expressed his desire to contribute to the process of building and perfecting mechanisms and policies suitable to local practices.
Prioritize promoting the development of industry, marine economy, agriculture - fishery, tourism services; develop Ninh Hoa urban space towards green growth, synchronous technical infrastructure and social infrastructure.
Khanh Hoa province currently has about 1.7 million voters, so far 4 National Assembly Deputy Election Boards, 19 Provincial People's Council Deputy Election Boards and 387 Commune-level People's Council Deputy Election Boards have been established; approved 1,123 polling stations, equivalent to 1,123 constituencies.
According to the announcement of the National Election Council, Khanh Hoa has 20 National Assembly deputy candidates in 4 constituencies to elect 12 deputies (7 deputies residing and working in localities and 5 deputies introduced by the Central Government).
For the Provincial People's Council, there are 108 candidates to elect 67 delegates; the commune-level People's Council is expected to elect 1,392 delegates.
