On March 3, Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to implement the Decisions of the Politburo and the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee on personnel work.
Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Committee Le Minh Hung attended and directed the conference.
At the conference, Mr. Hoang Trung Dung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee - announced that the Politburo had a policy for Mr. Dang Xuan Phong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee to stop participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, stop holding the position of Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Ninh Binh province... and was transferred, assigned, and appointed to hold the position of Standing Deputy Chairman of the Government Office.
At the same time, announcing the Politburo's Decision to approve Mr. Tran Huy Tuan - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee - to hold the position of Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030 and to be appointed to participate in the Party Committee of Military Region 3, term 2025 - 2030.
Representatives of the Central Organization Committee also announced the Secretariat's Decision on Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh - Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee - ceasing to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, ceasing to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh was transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030 and was introduced to the Provincial People's Council to elect him as Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee.
