Accordingly, the Vietnam Information and Communications Trade Union (VICTU) in collaboration with the Multimedia Communications Corporation (VTC) launched an online training course on the basic contents of the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union and the Resolution of the 16th Congress of the VICTU. After one month of implementation, 64,786 people registered to attend the course, of which 49,765 people completed the test and the entire program content and were granted a Certificate of Completion.
At the end of the program, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded Certificates of Merit to 46 groups and 9 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the study and dissemination of the Resolution of trade union congresses at all levels.
The Vietnam General Confederation of Labour also issued documents on promoting activities to care for union members and workers; developing a plan to promote communication work of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour in the period of 2023 - 2028; upgrading the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour website; deploying the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour application (App)...
Thanks to the diverse and smooth information and communication system, all levels of the trade union in the CDTTTT proactively propagate new policies on labor law, ensuring harmonious labor relations, helping businesses stabilize human resources, ensuring life and employment. In addition, focusing on strengthening propaganda and mobilizing union members and workers to strictly comply with the Law on Prevention and Control of Harmful Effects of Alcohol and Beer; raising awareness of compliance with security and order, performing well in labor safety, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, ensuring health safety.
As a result, 100% of union members and workers seriously and fully comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies, and actively participate in the self-study and self-improvement movement to improve their qualifications.
Along with propaganda, cultural, artistic, physical education and sports activities are focused on and cared for by trade unions at all levels. Regularly organizing traditional competitions and sports festivals to attract a large number of union members and workers to respond and participate, meeting the needs of union members and workers to improve the spiritual life and cultural environment in agencies, units and enterprises. Thereby, positively affecting the awareness and attitude of union members and workers in performing tasks, building a culture of behavior in the unit.
