Immediately after the Ho Chi Minh City Election Commission announced the list of candidates, the trade union posted this list in the trade union's working area for workers to easily follow and learn about the biographies and action programs of the candidates. In addition, the trade union also disseminated to each trade union group leader in departments to propagate to workers about the meaning and importance of the election, and at the same time mobilized all union members and workers to vote seriously and fully.

In addition, the trade union also guides workers on how to register to change voting locations on the VneID application according to the guidance of Ho Chi Minh City Police, to choose the most convenient voting location.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khoat - Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company (CASUMINA) - said that normally the company organizes overtime on Sundays, especially on March 15, the company decided to let all more than 1,800 employees quit their jobs to vote. Previously, the company also assigned the responsibility to the trade union to coordinate in widespread propaganda to each employee about the meaning of the election of National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels.
Election of National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels is one of the basic rights of citizens recognized by the Constitution and laws. Election is a method of expressing the will, aspirations and right to mastery of the people in building a socialist rule-of-law state in general and establishing state power agencies at the central and local levels in particular. Therefore, the company is responsible for creating the most favorable conditions for workers to exercise their rights and obligations, actively contributing to building, consolidating and perfecting a socialist rule-of-law state of the People, by the People, for the People, especially in the context of the country entering a new era, an era of national rise," Mr. Khoat said.
