The Education Union coordinates with affiliated trade unions and partners to sign cooperation agreements for union member welfare programs with practical support. In the Lunar New Year 2026 alone, the Education Union and partners donated 3 drilled wells, 2 hot water systems, and teaching equipment to schools, teachers, workers, and students of 4 kindergartens, 4 ethnic minority boarding primary and secondary schools in Tram Tau commune (Lao Cai province) with a total amount of nearly 1.4 billion VND. Of which, cash 527,500,000 VND; gifts and artifacts worth over 800 million VND.
The CĐGD also directed trade union levels to focus on caring for CBNGNLĐ, regularly reviewing the support policies of the trade union organization for union members and workers to promptly adjust and amend, ensuring compliance and synchronization with legal regulations.
In addition, trade unions of units organize many activities to improve the cultural and artistic life of union members and workers; take care of meals and health for union members.
In the first 6 months of the year alone, 31 units organized 73 cultural, artistic - sports exchanges, attracting 9,847 officials, civil servants, public employees and laborers to participate.
For the "Trade Union Meal" organization alone, 30 units organized for 9,088 officials, civil servants, public employees and laborers to participate, with an organizational expenditure of over 2.5 billion VND from trade union financial sources and other socialization and support sources.
There are 51 units organizing health check-ups for CBNGNLĐ at local medical facilities and hospitals, with 22,610 CBNGNLĐ benefiting.
