The grassroots trade union of Thap Muoi Regional General Hospital has coordinated with the Board of Directors of the Hospital to organize the Conference of delegates of civil servants and employees in 2026 on the afternoon of January 16.
The conference was attended by 81/81 union members and workers, reaching a rate of 100%.
Implementing the Resolution of the Conference of cadres, civil servants, and public employees in 2024, in 2025, under the close coordination between the grassroots Trade Union (CDCS) and the Board of Directors, Thap Muoi Regional General Hospital has achieved and exceeded many important targets in professional work. Inpatient treatment reached 109.26% of the plan, total inpatient treatment days reached 107.66%, CT scans reached 103.09%, ultrasound reached 100.28%, especially microbial testing reached 602.23% of the plan.
Grassroots Trade Unions have well promoted the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of officials and employees. During the year, over 96% of officials and employees were propagated and learned about the Party's guidelines and resolutions, and the State's policies and laws; 100% of union members registered to implement codes of conduct and communication skills; 100% participated in contributing to the "Trade Union Shelter" Fund, raising Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and social security activities, contributing to creating consensus and attachment in the unit.
The conference agreed on the direction and tasks for 2026, focusing on improving the quality of trade union activities and professional efficiency.
Accordingly, over 90% of civil servants and employees are propagated and studied the Party's guidelines and resolutions, the State's policies and laws; 100% of civil servants and employees register to perform well in communication skills and codes of conduct; 100% of female civil servants and employees register to emulation to achieve the title "Good at state affairs, good at housework", of which over 90% achieve the title; strive to introduce at least 01 outstanding union member each year to the Party for consideration and fostering for admission; over 95% of union members achieve the title of Advanced Laborer;...
At the conference, delegates elected the People's Inspection Committee for the 2026-2027 term, including 3 comrades, who are reputable and responsible officials, to strengthen supervision of the implementation of regimes, policies, internal regulations, and regulations of the unit; promote the role of officials and employees as masters, contributing to building an increasingly sustainable hospital.
On this occasion, the grassroots trade union in coordination with Thap Muoi Regional General Hospital launched the 2026 emulation movement with 5 key contents and 5 solutions, calling on all union members, civil servants, and laborers to continue to uphold the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, innovate service styles and attitudes, towards patient satisfaction.
