24 years ago, Ms. Hien started working at the company. With her own efforts and hard work, in 2014, she was introduced by the company's Trade Union to join the Party. "I have been wanting to be admitted to the Party for a long time. When I was admitted to the Party in 2014, I was extremely honored and proud" - Ms. Hien recalled.
According to the female environmental sanitation worker, being in the ranks of the Party, she had the opportunity to learn from those who went before her. As a Party member, I always have a higher sense of striving to fulfill my duties well, contributing to keeping the streets green, clean and beautiful. As a Party member, I always cultivate myself to become an example for my children" - Ms. Hien shared.
Currently, Ms. Hien is the Head of Production Team No. 3. In this position, she is always exemplary in fulfilling her personal duties and responsibilities, and at the same time, actively advises the team command in managing the team's work, helping the team complete assigned tasks, contributing to the successful implementation of the company's goal of " morning, green, clean, beautiful".
The production team has over 30 workers, mainly female workers, so the work of assigning labor must be harmonious, appropriate, and scientific. She always reminds them to comply with labor protection, labor safety, traffic safety, labor hygiene, and complete the assigned volume with high quality.
In addition, she is always self-conscious and highly responsible at work, promptly detecting new arising issues in work to reflect and promptly report to the Team Command for timely resolution. During the work process, Ms. Hien is always ready to help, support, share difficulties with brothers and sisters in the group as well as learn from colleagues to grasp and cover work better, always proactive in work.
With her seriousness in work, for many consecutive years, she has always been assessed as having completed and excellently completed assigned tasks, and has been commended by the company and all levels.
Ms. Hien shared that environmental sanitation work seems very simple, but it contains many hardships, hardships and even dangers that are always present. I know the hardships of the profession, but coming to the profession due to fate, thanks to this job, my family can cover part of our lives to help our children go to school. I always feel proud to wear an environmental sanitation worker's shirt, to contribute to cleaning the streets and protecting the environment" - Ms. Hien shared.
Focus on developing party members among direct workers
Here, Ms. Hien is one of 95 outstanding workers who are party members honored by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Talking to reporters, Mr. Kieu Minh Phuong - Chairman of the Trade Union of Bac Giang Urban Construction Management Joint Stock Company - assessed that despite many difficulties in her family, Ms. Hien has constantly strived to complete her work well and become a Party member. "For many consecutive years, Ms. Hien has completed her tasks excellently; at the same time, she always helps her colleagues in their work, encouraging them to overcome difficulties" - Mr. Phuong said.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong - Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors - Deputy Director of the company - said that Ms. Hien is one of the outstanding and exemplary workers of the Party. Regarding party development, Ms. Huong said that in recent years, the company's party committee has always paid attention to the direct workforce. Therefore, from 30 party members, up to now, the company's Party Committee has had nearly 90 party members, of which 70% are workers.
Direct workers are the core force, especially for businesses operating in the field of public services. Party members who are workers have contributed to spreading the meaning, importance, and role of workers directly in enterprises, building their trust in the Party Committee, and strengthening their pride in their profession. Since then, the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the management of the Board of Directors and the Board of Directors of the company have become increasingly effective" - Ms. Huong shared.
