Vinh Long - Collective weddings for workers in difficult circumstances contribute to spreading affection and caring for the lives of union members.

According to the plan of the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ), from May 18-24, many weekly work activities will be deployed, focusing on caring for life, welfare and improving the spirit of union members and workers in the province.

In which, the highlight is the organization of a collective wedding ceremony for workers, civil servants, and laborers in difficult circumstances, on the occasion of celebrating Vietnamese Family Day June 28, 2026.

This activity aims to support couples to reduce the cost of organizing weddings, while creating a warm and meaningful space, contributing to spreading the spirit of sharing in the community of workers.

In parallel, the Provincial Labor Federation also implemented many activities such as a dialogue program between provincial leaders and workers; seminars on occupational safety and health; programs "To worker dormitories", "Thank you workers".

Trade union levels also guided the organization of activities to care for children on the occasion of June 1st; commended typical worker families; and at the same time reported on the results of democracy at the grassroots level and evaluated the quality of collective labor agreements.

The synchronous implementation of activities contributes to clearly showing the role of trade union organizations in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers in Vinh Long province.
