To make the activities in Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in 2026 practically effective, the Trade Union of Vu Ban commune identified key tasks, including strengthening propaganda on the purpose and significance of Workers' Month and Action Month on OSH. The Commune Trade Union strengthens the organization of the "May Dialogue" program for business leaders to directly meet, listen to and resolve workers' recommendations, strengthen negotiations, and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
In addition, based on actual conditions, grassroots trade unions proactively propose to employers to organize one or more activities to express "Thank you workers", taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
At the launching ceremony, the Vu Ban Commune Trade Union presented 50 gifts to workers and laborers in difficult circumstances; contributing to adding motivation for workers to feel secure in working and attached to the business.
