According to the political report submitted to the Congress, the Provincial Federation of Labor (PFF) Party Committee currently has 6 subordinate Party cells with 39 official Party members. In the 2020 - 2025 term, the entire Party Committee has admitted 6 new party members, reaching 300% of the resolution target. Every year, over 95% of party members complete their tasks well, of which 15 - 20% achieve excellent results, no party members violate discipline.
Under the leadership of the Party Committee, the Provincial Federation of Labor admitted 30,499 new union members, established 121 grassroots unions, and introduced 5,805 outstanding union members to the Party. The State's propaganda and dissemination of laws has attracted nearly 325,700 participants, supporting the improvement of vocational skills for more than 151,500 workers.
Activities to care for the lives and protect the rights of workers continue to be a bright spot. Trade unions at all levels have visited and presented gifts to employees in difficult circumstances during the Lunar New Year, presented bus tickets to employees to return home for Tet with a total amount of over 4.5 billion VND; supported the repair and construction of 21 union shelters with a total amount of 790 million VND.
The Party Committee also focuses on strictly implementing inspection and supervision work; maintaining periodic and thematic Party cell activities; strengthening the building of office culture, administrative reform and digital transformation in trade union activities. Each cadre and party member has promoted their pioneering role and set an example in performing their tasks.
The 11th Congress of the Hoa Binh Provincial Federation of Labor Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, set the goal of building a clean and strong organization. This is an important political event to comprehensively evaluate the results of the implementation of the resolution for the 2020 - 2025 term and determine the direction of leadership in trade union work and Party building in the coming period.
According to Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuan - Permanent Vice President of the Hoa Binh Provincial Federation of Labor, for the 2025 - 2030 term, the Party Committee aims to build a clean and strong organization; continue to develop Party members, maintain the quality of Party cell activities; lead the Provincial Federation of Labor to complete 100% of professional tasks, contributing to building a modern, effective and close union organization to employees.
With the motto "Solidarity - Discipline - Creativity - Efficiency", the 11th Congress is a milestone affirming the determination to improve capacity and promote the core leadership role of the Provincial Federation of Labor Party Committee in the new development stage.
