On June 21, the Quang Binh Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) announced that it had implemented a plan to launch extensive emulation movements throughout the trade union system to celebrate the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party and major holidays in 2025.
Accordingly, the Provincial Federation of Labor organized a peak emulation campaign with the theme "500 innovative and creative initiatives to welcome Party Congresses at all levels towards the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030". The goal is to arouse and promote the spirit of creativity and responsibility among cadres, union members, and workers, making practical contributions to the socio-economic development of the province.
Along with that, many patriotic emulation movements continue to be maintained and improved in quality such as: "Good workers, Creative workers", "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas", "No one is left behind"... In the administrative and career sector, the emulation contents are aimed at implementing discipline, civilized lifestyle, building model agencies.
In particular, the movement "Quang Binh Union members and workers compete to follow Uncle Ho's words" continues to spread, contributing to improving public ethics and the spirit of community service. Grassroots trade unions have concretized the movement with hundreds of models, initiatives, and small solutions that are effective.
Since the beginning of the year, the whole province has recorded hundreds of technical innovation and administrative reform initiatives, many of which have been applied in practice, bringing high efficiency, and being commended by all levels. Many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements have been promptly rewarded by the Provincial People's Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor.
According to the leader of the Provincial Federation of Labor, emulation movements are not only outstanding activities but are gradually becoming an endogenous driving force to promote innovation in grassroots trade unions, contributing to the successful implementation of the province's development goals in the new period.
