This activity was organized by the Department of Education and Training of Son Tay Town in coordination with the Town Labor Federation.
To implement the implementation, the Award Council was established and organized to review through 2 rounds of Preliminary and Final Round. The Organizing Committee has judged the Preliminary Round of 16 proposals for donation from school administrators and teachers to the Department of Education and Training.
On that basis, the 9 most outstanding teachers were selected to participate in the Final round report. Next, the Organizing Committee selected the 3 best teachers at 3 levels to propose considering awarding the City-level award.
3 outstanding teachers and managers from 3 levels of education who won first prize in the final round of the Town-level Final Round participated in the City-level Award consideration, including: Ms. Nguyen Thanh Huong - teacher at Kim Son Secondary School; Ms. Nguyen Giang Van - Vice Principal of Tran Phu Primary School; Ms. Ha Thi Trang - teacher at Kim Son Kindergarten.
The organizing committee also awarded 3 Second prizes and 3 Third prizes to the contestants participating in the Final round.
According to Mr. Hua Duc Tuan - Chairman of the Son Tay Town Labor Federation, the Award aims to honor teachers of the Town who are passionate about the teaching profession; have made outstanding contributions to the emulation movement "Innovation and creativity in teaching and learning" in 2025. Thereby, motivating and motivating a large number of managers and teachers to actively respond to the emulation movement, self-study, practice, and apply innovations and creativity to educational practice.
