This is the 9th "Dedicated and Creative Ba Dinh Teachers" Award for the 2024 - 2025 school year.
Implementing this award, 100% of schools in the district have promoted and mobilized staff and teachers to actively self-study, practice, and apply innovations and creativity to practice, creating new changes and new efficiency in each school. 100% of units effectively organize the selection of grassroots awards; have the influence to spread to each cadre, teacher, and employee in the whole unit.
Through the preliminary round of school-level admissions, 43 outstanding teachers were nominated for district-level approval. The organizing committee has selected the 9 best teachers to participate in the final round. In the final round, 9 teachers directly presented to the Council for approval the initiatives and experiences that have been applied and effectively implemented in their units.
The initiatives and experiences presented by the textbooks here are based on the task requirements, student age and the characteristics of the school's situation. Each teacher has actively explored, discovered and implemented specific and appropriate solutions to bring the best for students.
As a result, teacher Duong Thu Giang ( Kindergarten No. 10), teacher Ha Thi Bich Hanh (Nguyen Trung Truc Primary School) and teacher Nguyen Ngoc Anh (Giang Vo 2 Secondary School) won the Excellent Award, and were also recommended by the Council to participate in the consideration of the "Dedicated and Creative Hanoi Teachers" Award organized by the Hanoi Department of Education and Training in coordination with the Hanoi Education Trade Union.
