In the past week, some analysts began suggesting that Apple may charge up to $20 per month for Apple Intelligence features - Apple's suite of artificial intelligence integration features.
Mark Gurman - famous technology journalist for Bloomberg news agency directly mentioned some recent reports about Apple Intelligence features. While he believes the company will charge for these features, that won't happen as soon as many fear.
Apple introduced the Apple Intelligence suite of features including a completely new version of Siri, Genmoji as well as many other features integrated into Apple's native applications.
With Apple trying to keep up in the AI race, it would be an unreasonable decision for them to charge for such basic features now.
Gurman said he anticipates that the company will develop more advanced features that build on the current Apple Intelligence feature set and charge for those features. However, he believes it will take the company at least three years to develop a product worth charging for.
