Apple may launch MacBook Air M4

Updated information says that Apple is preparing to launch the MacBook Air M4 in the next few days.

According to Bloomberg author Mark Gurman, Apple is not having any difficulty announcing the MacBook Air 2025 in the coming days.

Gurman has previously repeatedly reported that the MacBook Air M4 could be launched as early as March. With the iPhone 16e announced and released, all eyes this week will likely turn to the new MacBook line.

If the M4 MacBook Air has a similar configuration to the standard MacBook Pro M4, users can expect some upgrades compared to the M3 generation, including: 10-fold processor instead of 8-fold; maximum RAM of 32GB instead of 24GB; 120GB/s storage storageangangangang hon 100GB/s; 12MP front camera supports Center Stage.

In addition, Apple may add a nano-covered display option to reduce shine, improve battery life by one to two hours, and may bring some other surprises.

A noteworthy question is the fate of the current MacBook Air line. Last year, Apple raised the default RAM of the MacBook Air M2 and M3 from 8GB to 16GB without changing the selling price. This could be a move to keep the M2 in the product portfolio, while the MacBook Air M3 will be replaced by the M4 version.

In fact, on Amazon, the MacBook Air M3 is currently being sold for $50 less than the MacBook Air M2 a sign that Apple is clearing up warehouses to prepare for the launch of the MacBook Air M4.
