Apple is expanding its subscriber news service with a new feature called Apple News+ Food, expected to launch with iOS 18.4 in April.
This is a selection of culinary content, including tens of thousands of recipes, collaborating with famous publishers in the world such as Good Food and Allrecipes.
already available in the beta, Apple News+ Food offers a convenient cooking experience. Users just need to choose the recipe, then can switch to full-screen mode to see a clear cooking instructions.
The interface is designed similar to how Apple Music displays song lyrics, allowing users to easily switch between raw material lists and processing steps with just one touch.
Apple News+ Food will be part of the Apple News+ subscription package, but Apple confirmed that some articles and recipes will be provided free of charge to unregistered users.
It is not yet clear whether the service will be rolled out in all countries with Apple News%, but during the beta testing phase, Apple News+ Food is already available in the US and UK.
